A Unity developer's responsibility is to implement game functionality and translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging game on the Unity platform.
Game designers focus on the function of a game, creating systems, rules, and gameplay, and help with world-building (story and IP) to ensure it’s playable, fun, and engaging. They oversee both the foundation and execution of the game mechanics and overall user experience.
A back-end web developer is responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work frontend developers do.
A game tester's job is to detect any bugs or glitches in the game before it goes to market. Video game testers are also required to complete all stages of a game, explore every level, and recommended extensions or game modifications.
